Do I own the website?
You get a fully-managed website as part of your subscription — we build it, host it, and maintain it for you. It's a managed service, like your phone or card machine, rather than a one-off file you maintain yourself. If you ever decide to leave, we'll talk you through your options.
What's the minimum term?
Just your first month. After that it's a 30-day rolling arrangement — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
How quickly can my site go live?
Usually around two weeks from our first call, depending on how quickly you can get us your content.
What counts as 'changes'?
Text updates, swapping photos, updating your opening hours or prices, adding a page — the everyday stuff. Bigger projects are quoted separately, and we'll always tell you before any extra cost.
Do you work with businesses outside Sheffield?
